Purchasing Online
When purchasing on-line, simply choose the items and the quantities you want, and click on the “Buy Now” button. When you are happy with your purchases then click on the “View Basket” icon.

You will then be asked for some general details and then transferred to our secure server to record your credit card details. Upon completion of the order, you should receive a confirmation email that your order is being processed.

We accept Credit/Debit card payment through our website - Switch/Maestro, Visa, Mastercard).

No money will be taken until the goods are ready to leave. Items not in stock are kept on Back Order and will NOT be charged for until they are available for posting. You will be notified of any delays via phone or email.

Your right to cancel your order. You can return any items to us within 7 days of receiving without having to give any reason. Provided the goods are returned in an unopened and good condition, we will refund for those items or exchange if preferred.

Order up to £50 P&P £2.95 UK £3.95 EU £4.95 World

Orders over £50 P&P FREE UK FREE EU £4.95 World

Delivery Schedule
We will aim to process your order as soon as possible. You will normally receive your order within 2-3 working days within UK MAINLAND, though delays may be experienced during busy times & bank holidays, and for areas not within the UK MAINLAND.

Returns Policy
You can return any items to us within 7 days of receipt, without having to give any reason. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as received. We will refund the full cost of those items, or exchange them if you prefer.

We do not offer a returns service - parcels can be returned via Royal Mail. Any postal charges incurred will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods.

We cannot accept liability for any goods lost/damaged in return transit - the sender must be responsible for pursuing any claims to this effect with the courier concerned. Proof of posting is ALWAYS recommended.
