This is a reproduction of a record that officially was never released, although it was given a cat No of SSK 19421 it is rumoured that some test pressings were made that would probably sell in excess of £5000 if they were ever offered for sale. If this record was ever produced then it would probably have looked idendtical to this. This run of 7" vinyl was produced as a limited batch of 200 only worldwide, and these were selling for £12.99 each approx 3 years ago. You don't see them any more on ebay, as they have probably all gone to safe collectors homes.
